In December 2021, I founded Nuevo Noir, a hair and beard care company, driven by the lack of representation for black hair products in major supermarkets across the UK. Inspired by the need to cater to the unique needs of black hair, our mission at Nuevo Noir is to provide high-quality products that celebrate and nourish textured hair and beards.

 

Since our humble beginnings, Nuevo Noir has gained recognition and support from various platforms. We have been featured in the South London press, showcasing our commitment to serving our local community. Additionally, we have had the opportunity to exhibit at renowned events such as the Curly Treats Festival, the Afro Hair and Beauty Show, and the UK Black Business Show.

 

Family plays a significant role in our journey. My cousins, Daniel and Devonte, have been instrumental in supporting the business and the brand, particularly during large shows and events. Their dedication and enthusiasm have been invaluable in our pursuit to make a mark in the industry.
